Artist's Comments

I've just read an old news article about climate change and what governments are planing to do against it.

The EU approved the phasing out of incandescent light bulbs by 2012, which use five times more energy.

The news measures come into effect between 2009 and 2012. That said, we are not pioneers: Cuba got rid of incandescent light bulbs in 2007. This measure will save the European economy up to 10 billion euros since, while the fluorescent and halogen light bulbs that remain are more expensive than incandescent ones, they last much longer.

What do you think?
Is it bullshit or are we on the right way?

It's a great idea to do that, but it's not happening everywhere and where it is, its not happening fast enough. We're going to run out of time.

Thanks :)
its not so difficult it looks like because it glows ~2-5 sec. You just have to look after the correct light for the smoke.
Buy some cheap bulbs and try it
